Update: 26/08/2025

1. WARRANTY PERIOD

24 months for stores or 12 months for individual customers, whichever comes first, from the date of purchase. (For products with a genuine long-term warranty card, the time specified on the card will apply).

2. WARRANTY COVERAGE

Only technical defects caused by the manufacturer are covered under warranty, such as:

Peeling plating due to uneven plating/painting process by the manufacturer (the plating/paint layer peels off before use).

The spring connecting the temple to the frame does not function correctly or loses its elasticity.

Loose glue on stones, beads, glued logos, or decorative accessories on the glasses.

The mirror coating on the lens peels or bubbles.

3. ISSUES NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

All defects caused by the seller/user’s improper care of the glasses, such as:

  • Chipped solder joints, broken temples, broken hinges, or broken/distorted frames.
  • Plating/paint layer corrosion due to customer use at contact points or due to corrosive salt sweat.
  • Lost or broken screws on the brand logo attached to the temples.
  • Cracked, broken, or scratched lenses due to dropping, or stripping caused by over-tightening the screws, and peeling due to storage in an improperly sized case.
  • Glasses deformed due to being displayed or stored in high-temperature areas or placed under direct sunlight or spotlights, which changes the original structure of the glasses.
  • Items that were on sale or had a special discount.
